How long will it take for my order to be made?

As each Hope Macaulay piece is handmade to order by our team of talented knitters, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Northern Ireland. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

What materials do you use for your knitwear?

We use a variety of high-quality materials, including luxury merino wool, biodegradable nylon, and vegan-friendly acrylic yarns, depending on the specific collection.

Can I return or exchange a handmade item?

We accept returns on standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Custom-sized or bespoke orders are non-refundable.

To maintain the quality of your chunky knits, we recommend professional dry cleaning only or gentle spot cleaning. Avoid hanging your knits to prevent stretching; instead, store them flat.

Will I have to pay customs and import duties?

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied by their destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
