One-of-a-kind Irish Alpaca Chunky Knit Scarf - Clover
We are proud to present our most Irish and bespoke creations yet – a one-of-a-kind, limited-edition collection of Irish Alpaca knitwear.
How it’s made: After two years in development, this yarn has been spun just minutes from our studio in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, at a small family-run mill in very limited quantities. Handmade using alpaca sourced from Wicklow, it is designed by Hope in our signature chunky style with a unique marled twist. This one-of-a-kind piece has been lovingly hand-knitted by our talented team of knitters across Northern Ireland, making it a true piece of Irish wearable art. Every scarf carries a special label with the name of the knitter who made it, so you’ll know exactly who brought your piece to life. Read more about us here.
What it’s made from: 30% Irish Superfine Alpaca and 70% Corriedale wool - natural, renewable, and biodegradable. The Corriedale wool is RWS certified, from non-mulesed flocks, and dyed with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified dyes, free from harmful chemicals. The alpaca is sourced from a small, family-run farm in Wicklow, Ireland, ensuring traceable, ethical, and sustainable production.
Design details: Our chunky knit style reimagined in a distinctive design with a two-toned marled twist throughout and a stripe at each end.
How it feels: Super chunky, exceptionally soft and luxuriously cosy.
How it fits: This scarf measures approximately 160 cm long x 22cm wide.
Weight: Heavy-weight, 750g.
How to style it: Style with one of our matching Irish Alpaca sweaters.
Care
Wool is naturally odour resistant and does not require frequent washing. Spot clean where possible or gently hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. For upkeep, use our Knitwear Comb and store folded in our Knitwear Storage Bag.
